Job Description:Plan & Ensure store wise weekly targets and continuously track the 3 most critical Ops KPIs, (Ticket size, Basket size, NOB), & ensure achievement of the planned OP to deliver margins & profits. Monitor & Ensure Opex reduction - Rationalization in Manpower, H& S, Power, R& M costs, except OC Leverage all inputs - marketing, product, space efficiency & operations - to ensure that new & annualized stores achieve their ABPs To identify and act on root causes of loss/shrinkage. Ensuring all factors of shrinkage control is as per the organizational benchmarks To generate revenue through SOH and GV sales. Planning & implementing initiatives to ensure consistency in store standards as listed in the score execution card Review Store Improvement Plan on a periodic basis to deliver superior quality shopping experience & to meet the objectives of customer service & people efficiency. Ensure improvement in customer interaction standards by improvements in - Customer service (measured by mystery shopper & complaint resolution, Cashiering Efficiency) Provide product feedback to the category team from the stores & FEC teams for better understanding of customer choices, expectations & the current trends To improve existing GC contribution and GC ticket size. To ensure that stores follow MPM guidelines as per the standard norms To ensure the warehouse is maintained as per the prescribed guidelines. Ensure store readiness for the 1st customer through detailed walk around by self and the respective function heads To plan and initiate regular sales performance tracking and action plan for all employees at the front end basis individual performance Ensure a system closure on actionable of Weekly reviews with DMs to achieve week & month objectives. Ensure DMs understand & drive the priorities as set during week ORMs - displays, replenishments, target tracking through goal books, new option displays. Focus on Availability of all required Licenses/Acts for store operations, accuracy in salary register maintenance/Leave maintenance To ensure coordination with the category team for base stock correction, brand enrty/exits basis SSPD, Optimised week cover. Coordination with the HO/ZO marketing team for ATL/BTL plans To Ensure setting of Goals & clear expectations with all the employees to deliver the organizational objectives. To plan & ensure an effective on boarding experience to all the new joiners and create a platform for Learning employee development To monitor trainings basis the TNA & a structured training calendar of process & product, to ensure appropriate focus on each employee to develop & enhance their productivity. To ensure efficient roster planning to ensure resources & avoid loss of business. To facilitate & ensure regular engagement activities to drive employee motivation & maintain employee connect & higher levels of employee satisfaction and reduced attrition.
